Resided in Baltimore co., Md. that part which became Harford co., Md. He was devised certain lands hy his father in 1761. He dtd his will 21 Aug. 1798 & s probated 22 Nov. 1798. Son, James, was the ececitor to this will. James does not name all his children in this will, son, WIlliam, had received his portion & removed from the state more than 15 years, daughters Ann & Elizabeth are not named but they each receive a share in the final distribution in Feb. 1806, daughter Sarah is named & received 1 shilling. Elizabeth the widow living 1810."
