A Jicey/Jencey Bishop married Charles W. Pate 13 June 1833 in Decatur Co., AL. Also, John Allen Bishop m. Dorcas Polk there 16 Dec 1834. Could they have been brother and sister? I have the Allen Bishop-Dorcas Polk line, and he was born in SC, but I do not know his parents. George Bishop (brother of Jencey?) married Mary Matthews there 12 Aug 1828 and a number of other Bishop marriages.
