Obit The Brantley Enterprise: Jennie I. Barker, a former resident of Brantley County from January 1989 to May 1996, passed away peacefully in Plant City, FL on June 2, 2002, at age 91.
Mrs. Barker was born 7 Feb 1911 in Wabasso, FL. She had many friends in Brantley County and especially in the Lulaton Baptist Church where she was a member.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Hazel Coleman; a son, Raymond Barker; and three stepdaughters, Helen Blair, Dorothy Bratcher and Frances Barker.
Step daughter, Thirza King died Dec 2011.
