He was called the younger son in his father's 1619 will and was the only surviving son listed by his mother, Joanna (Stowe) Boyse, in her 1630 will. Death: April 1643 killed in a fight between the King and the forces ofparliament, about 2 miles from Leeds, co. York, England.
