My will is, that my sA sonne, John Clarke, shall pay unto his Mother, my now wife, the ualue of the one third part of the ualue of the said House, land, wharfe, houshold stufle & furniture aforesaid, the said one third part of the ualue of the premisses my wife to enjoy during her life, and after her decease, the sd part to be repaid by her Executors and Administrators unto my said sonne, John, and to my Daughter. Jemina Drew, and the Longest Liuer of them. I giue unto my sonne, John, [all the property aforesaid] and to ye Heires male of his Body Lawfully Begotten, to his & their use from ye Day of the Marriage of my now wife, or from the Day of her Death, wch shall first happen. In Case my sd sonne haue no Issue Male, but Daughter or Daughters, then my will is, that my Daughter, Jeminah Drew, her Children, John and Elisabeth, shall haue one third part of the ualue of my estate aforesaid, & my sonne, John, his Daughter & Daughters and the Longest Liver of them the Other two third parts. ..."
