John JACOBS was born c1766 Coventry, England

John was convicted of assault and highway robbery (with Samuel SELSHIRE) and was sentenced to 7 years transportation. He arrived in Sydney Cove on 26/1/1788 on "Scarborough"

John left the colony in June 1793 on "Kitty"

John was probably Jewish
