COMMENT BY ELIZABETH SHOWN MILLS:

Frank's month and year of birth is shown as August 1866 on the 1900 census. However, it disagrees with the 1870 and 1880 censuses of his parental household, both of which place his birth between 2 June 1864 and 1 June 1865.

COMMENT BY ELIZABETH SHOWN MILLS:
Mary appears in the parental household on the censuses of 1870 and 1880. Both censuses indicate that she was born in Mississippi between 2 June 1867 and 1 June 1868. At the time of her birth, her parents may have resided in either Newton or Monroe county.

The 1890 census is missing. In 1900, she does not appear in the parental household. Presumably she has married.

--- 1880 U.S. Census, Oktibbeha County, MS, pop. sch., ED 149, p. 35 (penned), p. 415 (stamped), dwell./fam. 3, John Odom household.

COMMENT BY ELIZABETH SHOWN MILLS:
Minnie appears in the parental household on the censuses of 1870 and 1880. Both censuses indicate that she was born in Mississippi between 2 June 1868 and 1 June 1869. At the time of her birth, her parents may have resided in either Newton or Monroe county.

The 1890 census is missing. In 1900, she appears near the parental household with her husband (and half-cousin) Tom Odom, son of Samuel

COMMENT BY ELIZABETH SHOWN MILLS:
Haidi V. appears in the parental household on the census of 1880, which places her birth in Mississippi between 2 June 1870 and 1 June 1871. In 1870 her parents lived near Aberdeen in Monroe County; by 1880 they resided in Oktibbeha. Their location at the time of her birth is not known.

The 1890 census is missing. In 1900, she does not appear in the parental household. Presumably she has married.
