  • Son Nicholas Pope-all my land I now live on.
  • Son Leroy Pope-one half of my land in Richmond County whereon he now lives.
  • Son William Pope-the other half of my land in Richmond County, to him and his heirs lawfully begotten of his body, and for want of such heirs to be equally divided between my two sons Nicholas Pope, and Leroy Pope,
  • Son Nicholas Pope-seven negroes Tom, Aaron, Mesheck, Will, Lucy, Lotte, and Clark.
  • Son Leroy Pope-eight negroes Dick, Emanuel, Appleby, David,Rois, Dinah, Jane, and Judith.

  • Rest of my estate to my three sons Nicholas, Leroy, and William Pope, executors.
