- Son Nicholas Pope-all my land I now live on.
- Son Leroy Pope-one half of my land in Richmond County whereon he now lives.
- Son William Pope-the other half of my land in Richmond County, to him and his heirs lawfully begotten of his body, and for want of such heirs to be equally divided between my two sons Nicholas Pope, and Leroy Pope,
- Son Nicholas Pope-seven negroes Tom, Aaron, Mesheck, Will, Lucy, Lotte, and Clark.
- Son Leroy Pope-eight negroes Dick, Emanuel, Appleby, David,Rois, Dinah, Jane, and Judith.
- Son William Pope-nine negroes Peter, Shadreck, Spencer, Roger, Joyce, Winny, Vilet, Charlotte, and Sarah. If son William should die without lawfull heirs of his body, the above negroes and their increase to be equally divided between my two sons Nicholas, and Leroy Pope.
- I lend my daughter Bettey Goodridge-negro girl Nett which she has in her possession and all her increase, and a negro boy named Ned during her natural life, and then to be divided equally between all her children, she also to have five shillings cash which is ail of my estate I intend to give her.
- I lend my daughter Catey Hinton-negro girl Aggy which she has in her possession, and a negro boy named Jacob during her natural life, and then to be divided equally between her children. I also give her five shillings cash which is all I intend of my estate to give her.
- I lend to my daughter Judith Robinson-negro man Moses which she has in her possession, and a negro girl named Suck during her natural life, and then to be divided equally between her children,
- I also give her five shillings cash which is all I intend her to have of my estate.
- I lend to my daughter Winney Routt-negro girl Sinah which she has in her possession, and negro man named Abraham during her natural life, and then to be divided equally between her children.
- I also give her five shillings cash which is all I intend to give her of my estate.
- Rest of my estate to my three sons Nicholas, Leroy, and William Pope, executors.
- Witness: Richard Pope, Taylor Gill, and Joseph Pope.
