Johnson "Johnce" Floyd was the son of Frederick Floyd II and his second wife, Nancy Jane Floyd Floyd. Johnce married Sarah Helon Shelley Floyd.
Johnson Floyd's life is most noteworthy as he served as the spokesperson for the Floyd family in a court case initiated by sister Lillie May Floyd and the Montgomery Lumber Company before the SC Supreme Court.
