Miss J. M. Donahue Dead

Former Charlestown Girl Passes Away This Morning.

Miss Julia Mary Donahue of 14 Lawrence St. died this morning. Miss Donahue was the daughter of Dennis and Julia Donahue, the latter a sister of Councilor Timothy J. Buckley. She was born on June 17, 1895, in Charlestown and was a graduate of the Harvard Grammar School. Besides her parents she is survived by three brothers, John, a vaudeville actor, Joseph and Walter, and two sisters, Margaret and Alice.
The funeral will take place at her parents’ residence on Wednesday morning, and services will be held at St. Mary’s Church, Warren St.

Funeral from her late residence, 14 Lawrence St., Wednesday, Aug 5, at 8:30 a.m. Requiem high mass at St. Mary’s church Warren St., at 9 o’clock. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend.

The funeral of Miss Julia M. Donahue, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Donahue of 14 Lawrence St. and niece of Councilor Timothy J. Buckley, was held this morning. A requiem high mass was celebrated at 9 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church. The pallbearers were John P., Patrick J., Frank and Jeremiah Buckley, John and Thomas Donahue. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
