About Leopoldo Diaz
Dr Leopoldo Diaz is a son of Dionisio Diaz and Genoveva Dulay. Their family originated from San Rafael, Bulacan and resettled in Talavera, Nueva Ecija in the year 1906. He became a councilor, the mayor of Talavera (from 1941 to 1945 and from 1948 to 1951), provincial governor of Nueva Ecija, and representative of the first district of Nueva Ecija (6th Congress of 1965-1969 and 7th Congress of 1969-1972).
