• Son of Sir Richard Henry Williams-Bulkeley, 12th Bt. and Lady Magdalen Yorke.
• Married Victoria Alexandrina Stella Legge, daughter of Hon. Sir Henry Charles Legge and Amy Gwendoline Lambart, on 27 August 1909.
• Died on 28 March 1918 at age 30, from wounds received in action.
• Earned the Military Cross (M.C.)
• Gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Grenadier Guards and fought in the First World War, gaining the rank of Major in the service of the Welsh Guards. Children of Major Richard Gerard Wellesley Williams-Bulkeley and Victoria Alexandrina Stella Legge
