"MARGARET 2 HOWELL (EDWARD1) was born 1622 in Marsh Gibbon, Buckinghamshire, England, and was baptized there on 24 November 1622. She was married ca. 1641 to the (1) REV. JOHN MOORE, in Southampton, Suffolk County, New York. He was born Abt. 1620 in Benenden Kent, England, and died 17 Sep 1657 in Newtown, Queens, New York. He died of a "pestilential disease" and was buried in the Ancient Town Burial Ground. She married (2) FRANCIS DOUGHTY, JR., son of the Rev. Francis and Bridget Doughty in 1660 in Newtown, Queens, New York. Margaret died on 24 November 1670 in Newtown, Queens (now Suffolk Co), New York."

Apparently came over about age 15 on a ship from England in 1637 with her parents and six siblings age 9-19. I wonder how the children got along on the trip? ("Are we there yet?") That must have been quite a family experience.
