Per Leslie Glazer-Jacobs, the Richard Howell who came to Southold, NY in 1640 is NOT the son of Edward Howell from Southampton(Marsh Gibbon) That Richard Howell's father's name is John. That Richard Howell and Edward Howell do NOT share the same haplogroup. They are NOT son and father.
