Margaret Montgomerie married, secondly, John Campbell.[2]

She married, firstly, William Sempill, 2nd Lord Sempill, son of John Sempill, 1st Lord Sempill and Margaret Colville, before 20 July 1517.[2]

She died from 31 July 1518 to 12 February 1522/23.[1]

She was the daughter of Hugh Montgomerie, 1st Earl of Eglinton and Lady Helen Campbell.[1]
