About Margaret Wilson

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massachusetts_Bay_Colony

Margaret, or Mary, Russ/Russe was born 10 April 1673, at Andover, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, daughter of John Russe and Deborah Osgoode. [1] She married William Peters, also known as Wry, in 1694, [2] or 1695. [3] Their only child, John Peters, was born 1 October, 1695, at Andover, Essex, Province of Massachusetts Bay, likely named after Margaret's father. [4] William Peters was scalped and killed by Indians on 13 August, 1696 after he left the garrison to retrieve his horse from his house. [5] The widow Margaret married for her 2nd husband James Wilson of Cambridge (after the death of his first wife) on 17 April 1704. [6] Their marriage was said to last for fifty happy years. [7] Margaret (Russ) Peters Wilson died about 1754. [8]
