Note: James was born possibly in Lexington Massachusetts or possibly in Killingly, Connecticut. (GEDCOM data put him in Killingly, Lexington county, Connecticut - but Lexington is a town in Massachusetts). A comment on his marriage to Margaret Russ, widow of William Peters, called him James Wilson "of Cambridge" [Massachusetts]. [1]

James Wilson and Deborah Pierce were married on January 19, 1686, in Sherborn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.[3] James married second Margaret (Russ) Peters at Andover, Massachusetts, April 17, 1704.[4]
