her burial and death are verified. She was listed as 78 at her death. Her husband had pre-deceased her. At her funeral, as witnesses, are listed her sons Germain, Amable and Armand (this name was difficult to read) Bourgeois.
Claude Bourgeois, son mari, est déporté à l'automne de 1755 de Port-Royal à la Nouvelle-Angleterre, avec sa famille, où il semble mort après 1760. Veuve, Marie et plusieurs de ses enfants, après un exil de près de dix-neuf ans, arrivèrent à St-Jacques de l'Achigan, à l'été 1774, et s'y fixèrent.

Biography ==Marie Le Blanc was born 1 January 1706. She was the daughter of Pierre Le Blanc and Magdelaine Bourg. She was baptized 28 March 1706 at Port Royal. Marie and her family were deported from Port Royal to New England in the fall of 1755 during the Expulsion of the Acadians. After her husband's death and almost 19 years in exile, Marie and several of her children moved to St. Jacques, Quebec in the summer of 1774.≤ref>Gaudet, P.(1906).
