About Martha Alice Latta
Daughter of CD and Eugenia London Rogers. She married Melvin J. Latta Sr. on Jan. 4, 1946, in Memphis, Tenn. He preceded her in death on Wednesday, April 4, 2007.
Surviving are one daughter, Ingrid L. (Donald) Baker; son, Melvin J. (Lisa) Latta Jr.; four grandchildren, Dylan Latta, Kim (Chuck) Lauber, Korinne Latta and Adam Latta; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers, one sister, two sons, one granddaughter and one great-grandson.
She served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
