March 9, 1640 -- John Eastman was born at Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony,
a son of Roger Eastman and Sarah Boynton Eastman -- "9: 1 mo: 1640." [1]
Mary Boynton was John Eastman's second wife.
July 23, 1648 -- Mary Boynton was born at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony,
a daughter of William Boynton and Elizabeth Jackson Boynton. [2]
Mary Boynton's birth was recorded at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts,
as follows: "[Mary (Bointon), d. William and Elizabeth, 23: 5m: 1648. different ink.]" [
3] The Eastman genealogy incorrectly recorded her birth as May 23, 1648. [4]
October 27, 1665 -- John Eastman and
Hannah "Helie" married at Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony
-- "27: 8 m: 1665 [Oct. 7. CT. R]." [5] Hannah Hely Eastman
must have died soon after being married though
