Mary Posey [assuming this is her], while mentioned in her father's will, receives only "one English Shilling". With this and the fact that Ignatius Maddox, Phoebe Evans, Elizabeth Evans, and Mary Posey are listed separately from the other children in their father's will, can we assume these four are from his first wife? For now I will.

Is this then the Mary Anne referred to towards the end of the LWaT? - If yes, then I was wrong earlier: she received the schilling and an equal share in the estate remaining.
Also: Mary Posey is listed first in the LWaT of her father. Do we deduce she is the oldest? - 23/2/2023
