From "Thomas M Mulry, a Volunteer's Contribution to Social Work" Rev J W Helmes, Catholic Univ School of Social Work, 1938: Mary completed her educ at Mt St Vincent's on the Hudson & at 21 entered the Sisters of Charity in Madison, NJ., Apr 18,1888. She was known as Sr Agnes Berchmans, was Sr Superior at several of the order's schools, and & celebrated her golden jubilee in Apr 1938.

"Sister Agnes Berchmans (Mulry) -- At convent, NJ, June 20, 1953, beloved sister of the late Thomas M., Rev Patrick F. X., SJ, Rev Joseph A., SJ, and Mrs. Charles E. Duross. Funeral from St Ann's Villa, Convent, NJ, Tuesday June 23, at 9:30 AM."
