residing with husband Elijah and stepson, Absalom Upton at

Info from Death Certif. from Warren Co, KY which says Mary Ann died
ofa
"hemorrage of the lungs--very sudden", and she was age 61 yrs.
Mary Ann was also listed on her father's Will, dtd 1 Dec. 1815,
asMaryan
Cherry.
Note: In 1959, Warren Co., KY genealogist Nora Young Ferguson,
copieddown the
info from tombstones at the Taylor Cmtry nr Richardsville, and
shesaid that
Mary Ann Taylor Cherry Upton and her first husband, Samuel
Cherry,were both
buried at the Taylor Cemetery. The tombstones are
apparentlydestroyed at this
time (1995).
