About Maud Chaundos / Poyntz (de Acton)
Primary Sources
Inquisition Post Mortem for Maud late the wife of Roger Chaundos, Writ, 10 November, 35 Edward III [1361]. She died on the feast of the Assumption last [15 August 1361]. Thomas Chaundos, knight, son and heir of Roger Chaundos, was the son and heir male begotten by the said Roger Chaundos of her body, and was 30 years of age and more.
Need more research on her mother:
NOTE FROM DEBBIE, like below many have John's wife as Helena (Helen) but I found records that she had no issue and that the children were from his wife named Sibyl. Book entitled: "Notes on the Old Crosses of Gloucestershire", that draws from old records.
