Page 162 of the above 1850 census shows Moses Keeney as married to Frances Harris on 11 Aug 1789 in Greenbrier County, (West) Virginia. They moved to Cabin Creek District in Kanawha County, WV sometime prior to the 1820 census. This source also says that his date of death was "circa" 1840.
