Text: June 3, 1809: Rec'd by letter Brother John Richardson.
November 4, 1809: Rec'd by letter Sister Nancy Richardson. On motion made and seconded All Babtist Members coming into the bounds of Ebenezer Church, and holding
their letters of Dismission longer than Six months without
presenting them for admission into the Church. Such members
shall not be fellowshiped without reasonable confession.
May 5, 1810: Met in conference. Brother Hardy Brian informs the
Church of an unfavorable report circulating upon Brother Solomon
Morgan. On motion made & seconded Brother Hardy Brian & Brother
John Richardson Shall go forward with a letter (on account of
his deafness) to inform him of said report. Moved & seconded.
All Members present at each Conference, Shall be enrolled.
September 1, 1810: Met in conference. The following brethren,
Viz, Hardy Brian, Charles Barfield, Wm Brian, James Mitchel,
John Richardson, Wm West, & James Mumford.
