Nicanor Carag was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the first district of Cagayan at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 5, 1934 to September 16, 1935, and again from June 11, 1945 to May 25, 1946. He also represented Cagayan at the National Assembly from September 25, 1943 to February 2, 1944: and served as governor of Cagayan from 1942 to 1945.
