 Nora Theodate Baldwin was the 4th child born to Dr Harrison Baldwin and Abby Taylor. She was the only one born in NH, Nashua, among the children. The rest were born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. 

 In 1892, after becoming a dentist like others in the family, she practiced her profession in Paducah, Kentucky with her father Dr Harrison Baldwin.

  Dr Nora Theodate "Theodate" Baldwin died in Manchester NH on May 22,1894 at the age of 30 yrs,3 mos, 13 days and is buried at the South Danbury Cemetery, Danbury, Merrimack Co., New Hampshire. She died of consumption.
