She had nine children with David Wilkin Thompson.
She was the daughter of Israel and Elizabeth Haven Barlow and was born at Nauvoo, Ill., September 6, 1844.
She crossed the plains to Utah in 1848, moving to Bountiful shortly after.
In 1870, she was called on a mission with her husband to settle at Panaca, Nevada, where she remained until the death of her husband in 1878. Her husband frieghted ore from Pioche to Bullionville, Nev. for a number of years. She then returned to Bountiful where she has since resided.
She served as a teacher in the Bountiful Sunday school during the twenty-one years or more that the late C. R. Jones was superintendent. She was also in the presidency of the East Bountiful Relief Society.
