Revolutionary war pvt
Peter, although a Quaker, fought in the Revolutionay War. In 1775, he served as a private in Capt. William Wyman's Company, Col. John Paterson's Regiment. He enlisted in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. Later, he served as a private in Capt. Hancock's Company, Col. Joseph Vose's Regiment (January 1777 - November 1 1778).
