Prince Constantin Kolokotronis was the only child of his mother's first marriage. He was born in his grandmother's ancestral home town of Holesov, Moravia (household #17), and was raised in Vienna. As a young adult, he changed the spelling of his surname to COLOCOTRONI. From 1907 to 1910, he worked in Vienna as a journalist. Later, Constantin worked as as Ingenieur for a train company (Tatra Werke), and he and his wife lived at Rotenturmstrasse 7, a well-known street in Vienna. They had no children of their own but adopted a daughter, Maria. Both Constantin and his wife, Emilie, are buried in Vienna.
