About Princess (Lill Bae) Chambers
Princess Lucille Chambers was born January 10, 1929 in Birmingham, Alabama to Eugene and Isabelle Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband Theo Chambers Sr. and her son Master Sgt. Walter Earl Chambers. She confessed Christ at an early age and joined the 25th Avenue Baptist church in Birmingham, Alabama. She later moved to Gary, Indiana in 1965 and joined New Friendship Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Benjamin Holmes.
She leaves to cherish her memory one son Theo Chambers Jr., four daughters Catherine (Glen) Spivey of Bloomington, Indiana, Ruby (Lorenzo) Young of Gary, Indiana, Sharon Chambers of Gary, Indiana and Bernadette (James) Warfield of Bloomington, fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, one sister Obera Thomas of Detroit, Michigan and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
