Calvin (Sonny) Adams

Brother Calvin Lee “Sonny” Adams was born on December 23, 1925 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Adams.

He confessed Christ at an early age and joined the Wright’s Chapel Methodist Church.

After completing his duty in the United States Army, World War II, he went to work for the American Cast Iron Company and retired after 37 years of service.

Mr. Calvin Adams departed this life on Sunday, January 191 at Brookwood Hospital, Birmingham, Alabama.

He leaves to mourn his passing, one brother, Alonzo Adams, Weir, Mississippi; five sisters, Ms. Obera Thomas of Detroit, Michigan Mrs. Princess Chambers, of Gary Indiana, Mrs. Ida Maddox, Ms. Annie Adams, Mrs. Theresa Miller, all of Birmingham, Alabama; one sister-in-law, Nola Adams; 42 nieces, 21 nephews nd a host of other relatives and friends.
