The will of Thomas Stockton, Sr., "I do give and bequeath unto my Son Jessee, all my Lands and plantation whereon I now live, also I do give unto my wife Rachel, the Third of my Lands, during her life as widowhood." Rachel (nee Allen) Stockton and her son Jesse Stockton sold the Thomas Stockton plantation on 16 April 1787. Rachel (Allen) Stockton has not been located after the 16 April 1787 deed.
