Rebecca Potter, daughter of William Potter and his wife Frances, was baptized at the New Haven First Congregational Society, in New Haven Colony.[1]

Rebecca had an illegitimate child by John Thorpe in 1666.[1]

She married 27 Nov 1667, in New Haven, Thomas Adams[1]. Thomas Adams of New Haven removed to Crosswicks, New Jersey. Their daughter Abigail was born 29 Sep 1668, at New Haven.[1]
