About Rev Aaron W. Gingrich
17 July 1941: The Rev. Aaron W. Gingrich, formerly of Sunnyside, one of the best known ministers of the United Christian Church, died Wednesday morning at the Messiah Home, Harrisburg. His death followed a fall in which he fractured his hip early Monday morning. He had been in declining health for a number of months. The Rev. Gingrich was eighty-five years old. He devoted many years of his life to the ministry of the United Christian Church, and during that time served practically over the entire conference. Prior to going to the Messiah Home in 1935, he had resided in Sunnyside. Surviving are a brother, Daniel P. Gingrich of Portland, Oregon; and a number of nieces and nephews, most of whom reside in Lebanon County. [Lebanon Daily News]
