The Will of the Revd Charles Wolff Eyre late of Hooton Roberts in the County of York Clerk Rector of Hooton Roberts deceased who died 8 August 1860 at Hooton Roberts aforesaid was proved at Wakefield by the oath of Edward John Eyre of Dean House near Enstose in the County of Oxford Esquire Lieutenant-Governor of the Island of St Vincent in the west Indies the nephew and the sole Executor (England & Wales, National Probate Calendar (Index of Wills and Administrations), 1858-1966).
