Reverend Sir William Anderson, 6th Baronet

Reverend Sir William Anderson, 6th Bt. was baptised on 31 March 1722 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, England, the son of Sir Edmund Anderson, 5th Bt. and Mary Harvey.

He married Anne Maddison, daughter of John Maddison, on 7 August 1747 at Little Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England.

• He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
• He was the Rector between 1743 and 1785 at Lea, Lincolnshire, England.
• He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1745 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).
• He was the Rector between 1757 and 1784 at Epworth, Lincolnshire, England.
• He succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Anderson, of Broughton, co. Lincoln [E., 1660] on 3 May 1765, and then "of Lea, co. Lincoln and Kilnwick Percy, co. York."
• He died on 9 March 1785 at age 62 at Bell Hall, Yorkshire, England.
