About Rudolph Wilhelm Hermann Stenke, Jr
Rud Stenke
Mountain Lake- Service for Rud W. Stenke, 72, of Mountain Lake, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Kimball Township, with burial in the church cemetery.
Mr. Stenke died at his home early Thursday morning.
Friends may call at the Eifert Funeral Chapel today and until 11 a.m. Saturday, and at the church after noon Saturday.
Mr. Stenke was born Nov. 10, 1899, in Kimball Township. He married Anna Oeltjenbruns Feb. 22, 1922, in Mountain Lake. They farmed in Kimball Township until 1951, when he retired and moved to Mountain Lake.Survivors include his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Lowell Porath, of Kimball Township; one grandson, one great-granddaughter; three brothers and four sisters, Fred and Mrs. Fred Oeltjenbruns of Mountain Lake, Walter of Jackson, Louis of Bingham Lake, Mrs. Julia Hilken of Sherburn, Mrs. Henry Elsing of Butterfield, Mrs. Ralph Forstrom of Tucson, Ariz.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: Nov 22 2023, 3:07:35 UTC
