Disambiguation

Rev. John Barnard has a long standing error: There are TWO John Barnard born in Andover. One is "John, s. Mr. Thomas and Elizabeth, Feb. 26, 1689-90." The other is "John, s. John and Amy, Apr. 16, 1697."

https://mhl.org/sites/default/files/files/Abbott/Barnard%20Family.pdf does a good job is keeping them separate. See page 17 a the bottom for further info on John (1690). See page 4 for the birth and marriage info for John (1697).

John (1697) is John Barnard, Jr.. He is the correct husband for Sarah Barnard

Sarah Tucker, #2 belongs to Rev. John Barnard and his wife, Sarah Barnard.
