Biography

Sarah was born 25 September 1654. She was the daughter of Thomas Lincoln and Mary Austin.<ref>Taunton, Bristol, Massashusetts, Vital Records, lists the names and children of Thomas Lincoln and Mary Austin, including Mary, Sarah, Thomas, Samuel, Jonah, Sarah, Hannah, Constant and Mercy. Experience is not among those children listed.</ref> Sarah died young and certainly before her youngersister, also named Sarah, was born 7 July 1660.<ref>The Lincoln Family Magazine, by William Montgomery Clemens, 1917, page 82, has a brief biographyof Thomas Lincoln, and includes information about his wife and children.</ref><ref>The Lincoln Family and Branches of Wareham, Mass.
