Sarah, twin to Jonah, was born 7 July 1660 at Taunton, the daughter ofThomas Lincoln and Mary Austin . <ref>Stephen Lincoln Oakham, Massashusetts His Ancestry and Descendants, compiled by John E. Morris, Hartford, Conn., 1895.</ref><ref>Taunton, Bristol, Massashusetts, Vital Records.</ref><ref>The Lincoln Family Magazine, by William Montgomery Clemens, 1917, page 82, has a brief biography of Thomas Lincoln, and includes information about his wife and children.</ref>
Not much is known about Sarah. Family Search has a death date of 17 February 1702 for her in Scituate; however, there is no death record there for her.
