Selina Maslen

In 1871 Selina Maslen seems to have been working in London as a domestic servant at 132 Whittington Terrace, Islington. Her younger sister Mary was also working as a servant, at 3 Windemere Road Islington. Ten years earlier, someone who may have been Selina's older sister, Sarah, worked as a domestic servant in St Pancras.

Grandad (Reginald Rowe) visited his grandmother (Selina Swain) in 1924 when she was living in Miranda road, Upper Holloway; at that time the household consisted of Selina, Harry Swain (who was in his early 40's), Mabel Clark (about 35), and her son Les (about 14). Grandad had a photo of his grandmother which he gave to Jenny Watson.
