About Serviliano Platón
He served as a delegate to the 3rd Philippine Legislature (1912 - 1916) representing the First District of Laguna, and as judge of the Court of First Instance of Tayabas in the 1930s. In 1914 he published Informe Sobre la Esclavitud y Peonaje en Filipinas *.
