Biography

Simon Stross was born circa 1852 in Tiszabő, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, Hungary. He was a "Baromfi kereskedő" (Poultry merchant).

Simon married Matild (Schweiger) Stross. Together they had the following children:

• Salamon Stross;
• Szerén Klein (Stross);
• Jenő Stross;
• Jolán Stross.

Simon married Fáni (Weisz) Strosz (Stross). Together they had the following children:

• Olga (Strosz) Grünwald;
• Ilona (Strosz) Szegő;
• Júlia (Strosz) Nagy;
• Margit Strosz;
• Berta Strosz;
• Sándor Strosz;
• Edith Strosz;
• Béla Strosz;
• Erzsébet Strosz.

He died after February 28, 1909.
