UPDATE: This Thadea de Visconti, daughter of Barnabé Visconti, is widely known to have been the spouse of Stefan (Etienne) III of Bavaria. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH this woman's AUNT, Thadeé (Thadée) Valenza de Visconti, daughter of Stefano di Visconti, Barnabé's father), who married a certain Jean de Vathon (the ELDER). In fact, Jean de Vauthon the elder had a son also named Jean de Vauthon, who's wife seems to be unknown. Thadéa (or Thadée) Valenza de Visconti, (the elder), born around 1330, and decesaed in 1381 was apparently the grandmother of Joan of Arc; sister of Barnabe Visconti, daughter of Stefan Visconti.
