Thomas Eliot of Widford, Hertfordshire was born around 1480 of William Eliot and unnamed wife. He died between 26 November 1551 (the date his will was written) and 13 November 1554 (when will was proved).
Thomas left "son Thomas Elyot and to his heirs male of his body lawfully begotten my house and all my lands, being freehold, situate and lying in the said parish of Widford and the parish of Ware."
