After Elizabeth died Thomas married Sarah Clapp who died Feb 4, 1717/18.
He owned a lot of acreage in Milton and Dorcester, including 19 3/4 acres left to him by his father in law Thomas Vose, 16 acres he bought from his father that was in Dorcester, and an allotment he received of 42 acres in the Six Divisions in Dorcester (now Stoughton). He also bought 3 acres from George Badcock by Milton Hill, and in 1693 bought from nathaniel Pilcher 5 acres, of which he later sold 3 acres, which was the dwelling of Deacon Thomas Swift.
