Vardeman Bird

Need documentation verifying this person.

The position of this Vardeman Bird in the family tree is not proven. Could he be a son of either Samuel or John? The tax lists don't appear to help much on this. Vardeman didn't acquire a horse until 1801.

Vardeman appears on the 1798, 1799, 1800, 1801, 1802, 1803, 1804 Franklin County PP Tax Lists. The 1805 FCPP Tax list, dated April 1, has Vardeman's name crossed out. On the Tithe lists, in 1801-03 he was charged for a horse. In 1804, he had no horse. He died without estate.

This Vardeman Bird is in FC, VA court as a juryman in 1802.
