Wallace Boucher, Aged Citizen Passed Away Saturday. Burial at Koszka.
Wallace Boucher, an aged resident of this city, passed away Saturday morning, at his home on north 8th avenue. Death was due to heart trouble and was entirely unexpected.
Funeral services were held from the Modlin Funeral Home Monday afternoon at two o'clock and were in charge of the Rev. R.V. Porter, pastor of Christ Methodist Episcopal Church. Burial was in the Koszta cemetery.
Wallace Boucher was a native of Pennsylvania where he was born on June 6th, 1846, and at the time of his death in this city on November 5th, 1921 was 75 years, 4 months and 29 days of age. He was twice married. His first wife was Eleanor Sabin and their marriage occurred on July 6th 1966 [sic]. This union was blessed with three children, Frank Boucher, of Marengo and Arthur Boucher, of Pennsylvania and a daughter, Mrs. Ida Boucher Miller of Pennsylvania. It was terminated by the death of the wife in 1915. Three years later, in July, 1918, he was united in marriage to Mrs. Etta Morgan who survives. The deceased in active life was a farmer but for a number of years had lived in retirement. HE was a man who was well thought of by those to whom he was known.
